What it is

Vyser connects people who need a specific answer with experts who can give it. A member describes what they are stuck on, picks an expert, and books a paid one-to-one session. The expert sets their own rate and availability. Money moves only when a session is booked.

It is a two-sided marketplace, which means the hard part is never the booking screen. It is supply: finding experts worth paying for, verifying them, and keeping enough of them active that a member who arrives at 9pm on a Tuesday still finds someone.

Status

Live MVP. The core loop works end to end — expert onboarding, member search, booking, and payment — and we are running it with a small group rather than opening the doors. There is no public sign-up link to share yet. When there is, it will be here.

Vyser is a Citigen Labs product. It is unrelated to any other company using a similar name.

Why we built it

Building our own marketplace means we hit the problems ourselves: cold-start supply, trust between strangers, no-shows, refunds, payouts, and the quiet moment where a member has to decide whether this is worth the money. That experience is what we bring to clients building matching products of their own.
